A pharmaceutical-grade high-tech distilled water system developed by Guanyu Company, relying on its comprehensive strength, cooperating with Professor Lin Zaiqi (a steam expert from Dalian University of Technology, inventor of domestic multi-effect distilled water machines), and integrating advanced technologies from Finland, the US and Italy.
Low Water Quality Requirement: Single-stage reverse osmosis (10μs/cm) or below can produce pharmacopoeia-grade distilled water;
Steam Saving: 10%-20% energy saving, high resource utilization;
Water Saving: No additional cooling water needed, saving purified water;
Fast Water Output: Qualified water produced within 5-10 minutes after startup;
High Water Quality: Conductivity <0.6μs/cm (national standard ≤2μs/cm), bacterial endotoxin <0.125Eu/m (national standard ≤0.25Eu/m);
Automatic Quality Control: PLC intelligent control, real-time conductivity display, qualified value setting, automatic discharge of unqualified water; supports fully automatic unattended operation, automatic alarm and start-stop protection for water shortage/full water/high-low pressure.
Evaporator: Tube falling film evaporation technology, raw water forms uniform film on evaporator tube inner wall for evaporation; pure steam from upper effect supplies energy to lower effect evaporator, liquefying into distilled water;
Gas-Liquid Separator: Split gas-water four-separation (centrifugal, baffle, wire mesh droplet capture), ensuring low heat source and endotoxin in distilled water; single-stage reverse osmosis (10μs/cm) or below pure water can produce pharmacopoeia-grade water;
Preheater: U-tube heat exchange, with high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical performance and long service life;
Condenser: Unique double condenser + multi-pass structure, sufficient heat exchange, no special cooling water needed to reach distilled water required temperature;
Piping: No water storage, no dead corners, low failure rate; new sanitary clamp connection, internal/external mirror polishing, easy operation;
Configuration: Uses high-tech regulating valves, compensation valves, conductivity meters at home and abroad, with nice appearance and complete functions.
Preparation of High-Purity Water for Injection (WFI): As a key raw material for sterile preparations (injections, eye drops, etc.), it efficiently removes microorganisms, pyrogens, salts and organics via multi-effect evaporation and condensation, with water quality meeting pharmacopoeia (e.g., Chinese Pharmacopoeia requires WFI bacterial endotoxin <0.25EU/mL); Example: Prevents impurities from affecting drug efficacy and safety in antibiotic injection or vaccine production.
Pharmaceutical Equipment Cleaning: Used to clean equipment in contact with raw materials/intermediates to avoid cross-contamination; produced water is impurity-free, no scale residue, ensuring equipment cleanliness and next-batch drug quality.
Water-Sensitive Drug Preparation: Suitable for producing ophthalmic preparations, lyophilized preparations, etc.; used as solvent to ensure accurate formulation and prevent drug deterioration due to water quality issues.
