Pharmaceutical tube multi-effect distilled water machine is a high-tech product developed and produced by Guanyu Company relying on its own comprehensive strength, combining advanced foreign technologies from Finland, the United States, Italy, etc., and cooperating with Professor Lin Zaiqi, a well-known domestic steam expert from Dalian University of Technology (the inventor of domestic multi-effect distilled water machine).

Working Principle

Evaporator adopts tube falling film evaporation technology to ensure that the material water is evenly distributed on the inner wall of each evaporation tube to form a water film evaporation. The upper effect pure steam provides heat energy for the lower effect evaporator, and completes evaporation and liquefaction to form distilled water.

The gas-liquid separator adopts split gas-water four-separation technology (gas-water centrifugal separation, lower rotary blade baffle separation, wire mesh capture water droplet separation, upper rotary blade baffle separation) to ensure that the heat source and endotoxin content of distilled water are lower. The requirements for pure water are relatively low, and distilled water that meets the pharmacopoeia standards can be produced below a single-stage reverse osmosis (10us/cm).

The preheater adopts U-shaped tube heat exchange, which has high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical properties and long service life.

The condenser has a unique double condenser design and a special multi-way round-trip structure. The heat exchange is sufficient and no special cooling water is required to reach the required temperature of distilled water.

The piping design has no water storage, no dead corners, and low equipment failure rate. The pipeline connection adopts a new sanitary clamp connection, the internal and external mirror polishing, the arrangement is beautiful, and the operation is quick and convenient.

The configuration of the regulating valve, automatic compensation valve, throttle valve, conductivity meter, and temperature meter uses domestic and foreign high-tech products, beautiful appearance and complete functions.

Application Areas

. Preparation of High-Purity Water for Injection


Core Function: In pharmaceutical production, water for injection is a key raw material for the preparation of sterile preparations such as injections and eye drops. Through multiple evaporation and condensation processes, the tubular multi-effect water distiller effectively removes microorganisms, pyrogens, inorganic salts, and organic matter from water, ensuring that water quality meets pharmacopoeial standards (for example, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the bacterial endotoxin content of water for injection should be less than 0.25 EU/mL).
