The tubular multi-effect water distiller is a distilled water production device that complies with the JB20030-2004 pharmaceutical machinery industry standard. Optimized by combining advanced domestic and international models, it features simple operation, stable operation, compact structure, and easy maintenance. It uses deionized water as the raw material. Through steam heating and tubular falling-film evaporation, a special distributor distributes the raw water evenly across the tube walls. A spiral quadruple separation device removes pyrogens and particulates. Recycled steam is reused to achieve energy savings. The entire machine utilizes PLC programming or fully automatic touchscreen control, supporting fully automatic recording, printing, monitoring, reference, and automatic protection functions throughout the process. The distilled water produced meets the quality standards for water for injection specified in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.
The shell-and-tube multi-effect water distiller has many notable features.
First, it offers excellent thermal efficiency. By utilizing the principle of multi-effect evaporation, it fully utilizes the secondary steam generated in the previous effect as a heating source for the next effect, significantly improving thermal energy utilization, reducing energy consumption, and resulting in relatively low operating costs.
Second, it produces high-quality distilled water. Its unique shell-and-tube structure ensures full contact and heat exchange between steam and water, effectively removing impurities, salt, and organic matter from the water. The resulting distilled water is highly pure and has a high resistivity, meeting the requirements of various high-precision experiments and production processes.
Furthermore, the equipment is highly stable. The shell-and-tube material, typically high-quality stainless steel, offers excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring stable operation over extended periods of operation, reducing maintenance and component replacement frequency and extending the equipment's lifespan.
Also, it boasts a high degree of automation. Equipped with an advanced control system, it automatically monitors, adjusts, and generates alarms throughout the entire distillation process. This streamlined operation reduces manual intervention, improving production efficiency and ensuring consistent product quality.
In addition, the tubular multi-effect distilled water machine has the advantages of small footprint and compact structure. It is suitable for use in various fields such as laboratories, medicine, and chemicals, providing reliable pure water preparation equipment for production and research in related industries.
Used for the production of pure water required for various chemical products, such as cleaning agents, solvents, etc. Chemical production has certain requirements for water purity. The multi-effect distilled water machine can meet these requirements and provide a stable and reliable supply of pure water for chemical processes, avoiding the impact of water quality problems on the quality of chemical products and production efficiency.
