The pharmaceutical tube-type multi-effect distilled water machine is a high-tech product R&D and manufactured by Guanyu Company. It leverages the company’s own comprehensive capabilities, integrates advanced foreign technologies of Finland, the United States, Italy and other countries, and cooperates with Professor Lin Zaiqi — a well-known domestic steam expert at Dalian University of Technology and the inventor of domestic multi-effect distilled water machines.
Low water quality requirement: Low demand for pure water; single-stage reverse osmosis (10μs/cm) or below can produce distilled water meeting pharmacopoeia standards;
Steam saving: Saves 10%-20% of steam, with efficient resource utilization;
Water saving: No additional cooling water needed, saving purified water;
Fast water output: Qualified water can be produced within 5-10 minutes after startup;
High water quality: Conductivity <0.6μs/cm (national standard ≤2μs/cm); bacterial endotoxin <0.125Eu/m (national standard ≤0.25Eu/m);
Automatic water quality control: PLC intelligent control, real-time display of produced water conductivity, adjustable qualified value, and automatic discharge of unqualified water; supports fully automatic unattended operation, with automatic alarms for water shortage/full water/high-low pressure, and automatic control of start-stop, pressure reduction, and protection.
Evaporator: Tube falling film evaporation, feed water evenly forms film on evaporation tube inner walls; upper-effect pure steam supplies energy to lower effect, evaporates and liquefies into distilled water.
Gas-liquid separator: Split gas-water four-separation (centrifugation, lower rotary baffle, wire mesh droplet capture, upper rotary baffle), reduces heat source and endotoxin in distilled water; low pure water demand, single-stage RO (10μs/cm) or below produces pharmacopoeia-grade distilled water.
Preheater: U-tube heat exchange, high efficiency, good mechanical performance, long service life.
Condenser: Double condenser + multi-pass structure, sufficient heat exchange, no special cooling water needed to reach distilled water temperature.
Piping: No water storage dead ends, low failure rate; sanitary clamp connection, internal/external mirror polishing, neat and easy to operate.
Configuration: Valves (regulating valve, compensation valve, etc.) and instruments (conductivity meter, thermometer) use domestic & overseas high-tech products,
