Relying on its own strength, Guanyu Company has combined advanced technologies from Finland, the United States, Italy and other countries, and cooperated with Professor Lin Zaiqi, a well-known domestic steam expert from Dalian University of Technology (inventor of domestic multi-effect distilled water machines), to develop the high-tech product of pharmaceutical tube-type distilled water system.
Water Quality Requirement: Low requirement for pure water; single-stage reverse osmosis (10μs/cm) or below can produce distilled water meeting pharmacopoeia standards;
Steam Saving: Saves steam, utilizes resources effectively, with an energy-saving rate of 10%-20%;
Water Saving: No additional cooling water required, saving precious purified water resources;
Fast Water Output: Qualified water can be produced within 5-10 minutes after startup;
High Water Quality: Conductivity of produced water is below 0.6μs/cm (meets national standard ≤2μs/cm), and bacterial endotoxin <0.125Eu/m (meets national standard ≤0.25Eu/m);
Automatic Water Quality Control: Adopts PLC intelligent control; the instrument displays the current conductivity of distilled water outlet in real time, and the qualified conductivity value can be set; unqualified distilled water is automatically switched to discharge; supports fully automatic unattended production; automatic alarms are triggered under water shortage, full water, low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure conditions; operations such as startup, shutdown, pressure reduction, protection and activation are all automatically controlled.
Evaporator: Adopts tube falling film evaporation technology to ensure raw water forms uniform film on evaporator tube inner wall for evaporation; pure steam from upper effect supplies energy to lower effect evaporator, liquefying to form distilled water;
Gas-Liquid Separator: Split gas-water four-separation technology (centrifugal, baffle, wire mesh droplet capture) ensures low heat source and endotoxin content in distilled water; single-stage reverse osmosis (10μs/cm) or below pure water can produce qualified water;
Preheater: U-tube heat exchange, with high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical performance and long service life;
Condenser: Unique double condenser + multi-pass structure, sufficient heat exchange, no special cooling water needed to reach distilled water required temperature;
Piping: No water storage, no dead corners, low failure rate; new sanitary clamp connection, internal/external mirror polishing, easy operation;
Configuration: Uses high-spec regulating valves, compensation valves, conductivity meters at home and abroad, with nice appearance and complete functions.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Produces Water for Injection (WFI) compliant with Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP) and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), used in preparation production, equipment cleaning, etc.;
Bioengineering: Provides an ultra-low endotoxin pure water environment to meet the needs of cell culture and gene sequencing;
Food & Chemical Industry: Ensures sterility of water for beverage, cosmetic production, etc., extending product shelf life.
