The pharmaceutical tube multi-effect distilled water machine is a cutting-edge product developed and manufactured by Guanyu Company, leveraging its in-house expertise while integrating advanced foreign technologies from Finland, the U.S., Italy, and other nations. This innovation was achieved in collaboration with Professor Lin Zaiqi, a renowned domestic steam specialist from Dalian University of Technology and the inventor of China’s first multi-effect distilled water machine.
Water Quality Requirements: Low-purity water input is acceptable; single-stage reverse osmosis (≤10 μS/cm) suffices to produce distilled water meeting pharmacopoeia standards.
Steam Efficiency: Saves 10%–20% steam through resource-optimized utilization.
Water Conservation: Eliminates need for additional cooling water, preserving purified water resources.
Rapid Output: Produces qualified water within 5–10 minutes of startup.
Superior Quality: Conductivity ≤0.6 μS/cm (national standard ≤2 μS/cm); bacterial endotoxin <0.125 EU/mL (national standard ≤0.25 EU/mL).
Intelligent Quality Control: PLC-based automation continuously monitors outlet conductivity, automatically discharging substandard water. Enables unattended operation with alerts/controls for low/high water levels, pressure fluctuations, and automatic startup/shutdown/protection.
Evaporator: Uses tube falling-film evaporation for uniform water distribution, forming thin-film evaporation. Upper-stage pure steam heats the lower evaporator, completing evaporation and liquefaction into distilled water.
Gas-Liquid Separator: Features split four-stage separation (centrifugal, rotary baffle, wire mesh, upper baffle) to minimize heat source and endotoxin levels. Low pure water requirements; meets pharmacopoeia standards with single-stage RO (<10 μS/cm).
Preheater: U-shaped tube heat exchanger ensures high efficiency, durability, and long service life.
Condenser: Dual-condenser design with multi-pass structure for sufficient heat exchange; no extra cooling water needed.
Piping: Dead-space-free design with sanitary clamp connections, mirror-polished internals, and easy operation.
Components: High-tech valves (regulating, compensation, throttle), conductivity/temperature meters from leading domestic/foreign brands ensure functionality and aesthetics.
