Developed and produced by Guanyu Equipment Company, relying on its own comprehensive strength, integrating advanced technologies from Finland, the United States, Italy and other countries at home and abroad, and cooperating with Professor Lin Zaiqi (a well-known domestic steam expert from Dalian University of Technology, inventor of domestic multi-effect distilled water machines) — a high-tech product.

Product Features

  • Composition: Includes 5 evaporators, 5 preheaters, 5 vapor-liquid separators, 2 condensers, plus core components like feed pumps, filters, control valves, and frame, piping, controller;

  • Evaporator: Tube falling film evaporation technology, ensuring reverse osmosis water (pure water) forms uniform film on evaporator tube inner wall for evaporation; pure steam from upper effect supplies energy to lower effect, liquefying into distilled water;

  • Vapor-Liquid Separator: Split steam-water four-separation technology (centrifugation, lower rotary vane baffle, wire mesh droplet capture, upper rotary vane baffle), ensuring low heat source and endotoxin in distilled water;

  • Preheater: U-tube heat exchange, high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical performance, long service life;

  • Condenser: Unique double condenser + special multi-way reciprocating structure, sufficient heat transfer, no special cooling water needed to reach distilled water temperature requirement;

  • Piping: No water storage, no dead ends, low equipment failure rate; new sanitary clamp connection, internal/external mirror polishing, neat appearance, convenient operation;

  • Configuration: Regulating valves, compensation valves and other valves, conductivity meters, thermometers use domestic and overseas high-tech products, nice appearance, complete functions;

  • Water Source: Pure water or reverse osmosis water required; natural water or tap water not applicable.

Working Principle

  • Steam Saving: Saves steam, efficiently utilizes coal resources, with a saving rate of above 20%;

  • Water Saving: No additional cooling water required, saving precious pure water (reverse osmosis water) resources;

  • High-Quality Water Output: Conductivity of produced water <0.6μs/cm (national standard ≤2μs/cm), bacterial endotoxin <0.125Eu/m (national standard ≤0.252Eu/m);

  • Fast Water Output: Qualified distilled water can be produced immediately 5 minutes after starting the machine;

  • Automatic Distilled Water Quality Control: Intelligent instruments continuously display the conductivity of current distilled water outlet digitally, qualified conductivity value can be set, and unqualified distilled water is automatically switched to discharge.
