High-efficiency and energy-saving self-descaled distilled water machine is a new generation of high-tech products with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. This equipment is a high-tech energy-saving and environmentally friendly product developed and produced by Guanyu Company based on its own comprehensive strength, targeting the defects of the U-tube structure of the tower distilled water machine, relying on a large amount of water for cooling, backward structure, high energy consumption, and difficulty in cleaning scale. This product utilizes the principles of metal thermal expansion and contraction and steam science, adopts snail-type spiral tube evaporation, external cooling of the tube, and automatic descaling new technology, so that the scale reaches about 1mm and automatically falls off, and no scale is formed. The evaporation effect is high, pollution-free, energy-saving, reasonable structure, beautiful shape, easy operation, and stable working performance. This product is a distilled water equipment with double-effect distillation that meets the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Adjustable PH value
The temperature adjustment method is used to adjust the carbon dioxide and ammonia content in the distilled water to adjust the pH of the distilled water. The adjustment value can be adjusted from 5-7 at will.
High output water quality
The conductivity of the distilled water produced meets GB≤2us/cm.
Users can choose products with automatic water replenishment and automatic water level control devices.
Introduce boiler steam, pass the vapor-liquid separator, discharge water and impurities from the drain valve, and the pure steam enters the evaporation tube, so that the once distilled water in the distiller evaporates into steam, which is filtered through the diaphragm and enters the spiral condenser to cool into distilled water and flows out from the outlet. After the steam in the evaporation tube releases heat, it liquefies itself and is injected into the evaporation pot through the water supply tank through the steam valve to replenish the evaporated water.
