The high-efficiency, energy-saving self-descaling distilled water machine is a new-generation high-tech product featuring high efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection. Targeting the shortcomings of tower-type distilled water machines — such as U-tube structure, reliance on large water volumes for cooling, outdated design, high energy consumption, and difficult scale cleaning — Guanyu Company R&D and manufactured this high-tech energy-saving and eco-friendly equipment based on its own comprehensive capabilities.
This product employs the principles of metal thermal expansion and contraction as well as steam science, utilizing snail-type spiral tube evaporation, external tube cooling, and new automatic descaling technology. This ensures scale automatically peels off when it reaches approximately 1mm, with no scale formation. It boasts high evaporation efficiency, no pollution, energy conservation, reasonable structure, elegant appearance, easy operation, and stable working performance. As a double-effect distillation distilled water equipment complying with Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards, it is an ideal replacement for tower-type distilled water machines.
Extended service life: Boasts long operational life for stable long-term use.
Automatic descaling: Enables automatic descaling, prolongs service life, and ensures stable water quality and output.
Steam conservation: At a steam pressure of 0.1-0.25Mpa, steam consumption is 102% — 18% lower than that of tower-type models.
Water saving: Excellent water-saving performance; cooling water ratio is 1:5, saving 60% water compared to the 1:14 ratio of tower-type units.
Equipment cost reduction:
The equipment can directly use well water or municipal tap water to produce qualified distilled water.
Compared with multi-effect distilled water machines, it eliminates the need for pre-installed reverse osmosis (electrodialysis), mixed bed, and pretreatment equipment, significantly reducing investment costs for equipment and workshop space.
Adjustable pH value: Uses a temperature-based adjustment method to regulate the carbon dioxide and ammonia levels in distilled water, adjusting the water’s pH value. The adjustable range is 5-7 (freely settable).
High output water quality: Conductivity of the produced distilled water complies with the national standard (GB ≤2μs/cm).
Optional configurations: Users may opt for models equipped with automatic water replenishment and automatic water level control functions.
Feed boiler-generated steam to pass through the gas-liquid separator. Water and impurities are drained via the drain valve, while pure steam enters the evaporation tube—this causes the primary distilled water in the distiller to evaporate into steam. The steam is filtered through the diaphragm, then enters the spiral condenser to condense into distilled water, which flows out from the outlet. After the steam in the evaporation tube releases heat, it liquefies itself and is injected into the evaporation pot through the water supply reservoir via the steam valve, replenishing the water lost to evaporation.
This product is widely applied in large, medium, and small pharmaceutical plants, preparation rooms of hospitals at all levels, chemical research institutions, laboratories, as well as beverage, cosmetics, beauty, battery, and mining facilities to generate distilled water.
