The titanium rod filter is a novel filtration device developed in recent years both at home and abroad. The bag filter features large treatment capacity, small volume, and strong contaminant holding capacity. Based on the working principle and structure of the bag filter system, replacing the filter bag is convenient and quick—there is no need to clean the filter itself, saving labor and time. The side leakage probability of the filter bag is low, which effectively ensures filtration quality. Bag filtration can withstand greater working pressure, with small pressure loss, low operating costs, and obvious energy-saving effects. The filtration accuracy of the filter bag is constantly improving, and currently reaches 0.5μm. Additionally, bag filtration has a wide range of applications, flexible use, and various installation methods.
