Bag filter is a new type of filtration equipment developed in recent years at home and abroad. The filter is supported by a metal mesh basket inside the filter. The liquid flows in from the inlet, flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag, and the impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. The liquid medium of solid-liquid separation is filtered. The bag filter can filter out particles larger than 1um in the liquid. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, no medium shedding, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy operation. The filtered particles are retained in the filter bag to ensure that the downstream liquid will not be contaminated when the filter bag is replaced. It is now widely used as necessary equipment in industries such as medicine, chemical industry, electronics, beverages, fruit wine, biochemical water treatment, and environmental protection.
Bag filters have large processing capacity, small volume, and large dirt holding capacity. Based on the working principle and structure of the bag filtration system, it is convenient and quick to replace the filter bag, and the filter machine does not need to be cleaned, saving labor and time.
The probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which effectively guarantees the filtration quality.
