The bag filter is a novel filtration device developed in recent years both domestically and internationally. Inside this filter, a metal mesh basket provides support; liquid enters through the inlet, passes through the filter bag for filtration, then flows out from the outlet—with impurities trapped in the filter bag. It is used for solid-liquid separation of liquid media, capable of filtering out particles larger than 1μm in liquids. It boasts advantages including high filtration accuracy, fast filtration speed, no medium shedding, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high-temperature resistance, and easy operation. Filtered particles are retained in the filter bag, ensuring that downstream liquid remains uncontaminated when the filter bag is replaced. Currently, it is widely used as essential equipment in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, beverages, fruit wines, biochemical water treatment, and environmental protection.
